KICK Performance Group (KPG) School Of Performing Arts

KICK was established in 1996 to provide training in the Performing Arts for students aged three to eighteen. Our goal is to continue to provide age appropriate training and performance opportunities of a consistently high standard. Each year we modify courses and introduce new classes and school holiday workshops to ensure that we are in-tune with each students needs and the ever-changing Performing Arts industry.

At KPG we insist on professionalism, however, the main emphasis is always on fun and personal achievement, which in turn builds confidence. Highly dedicated and professional staff allows all students at KICK Performance Group to achieve "Excellence in the Performing Arts".

AIPA PRODUCTIONS

In 2003 we introduced a not-for-profit youth musical and production society complete with a mentor programme. This programme allows young people in the community the chance to direct, musically direct, choreograph and conduct a production of their own. The programme and the productions each year have attracted industry acclaim, local government support and private sector sponsorship adding to the huge sense of achievement experienced by all involved. The local community embraces these productions and helps them set a new standard in youth theatre.

AIPA TRAVEL & FACILITATION and PERFORMING ARTS TOURS

AIPA Travel & Facilitation is a branch of the Australian Institute for Performing Arts. AIPA Travel & Facilitation has two goals. Firstly, we are dedicated to organising performing arts tours for actors, singers, dancers, musical theatre performers, drummers, bass guitarists, lead guitarists and keyboard players and secondly, we facilitate programmes bringing tutors to Australia to run seminars, master-classes and workshops.

AIPA Travel & Facilitation works with service providers in Australia, the United States and in London.

AIPA Travel and Facilitation first toured to the US in 2004. Prior to that we toured under KICK Performance Group. KPG began touring in 1997 both domestically and internationally.

THE AUSTRALIAN SCREEN TESTS

The Australian Screen Tests is a world-class event which ran for the first time in 2007 to great acclaim. The event is unique to the Australian entertainment industry. Actors are able to showcase their talent in front of a panel of Industry Professionals. In 2007 we attracted casting directors and managers from Australia, LA, New York and the UK.
